WARNING: Do not switch
from a heavy meat/animal protein eating diet to a vegetarian diet without
proper advice from a trained nutritionist or health counsellor. Often, too
drastic a transition may cause a weakened metabolism, adrenal fatigue or
overall lack of strength. White meat fish is often advised for the transition
period/years along with a high alkaline diet and strong activity thru the day
(including an active physical regime)
