Why would a Guru be like this?
What consciousness are we creating or spreading in the world? This Guru in his
younger years had a business of a “chicken farm” – so obviously that made his
daily food – in fact as a child he used to take off to the jungles with a dozen
eggs and no vegetables – this made his organs and nervous system hard and
coated – obviously his system wasn’t energized with the highest vibration – otherwise
why would he adopt such a process? It’s valuable that he cares to work so hard
for people to become aware but what he did is still not forgivable.
Sangeeta didn’t want to live – the Guru coaxed her in
every way – including seducing her passionately to help her overcome this
negative feeling. He even offered to instantly and continuously pour “high
energy” into her energy system/chakras and teach her all Yogic secrets and
tricks to be able to control other’s minds and feel empowered with such
learnings. She started giving in to his suggestions and seduction as power is
important to her. Other Yogic beings who understood the power of food more
deeply than this Guru said –“please ask her to eat soybeans”. Soybeans – for
people who have had excessive amounts of animal protein – soften the womb and
nervous system. For vegetarians it must be eaten in moderation but for people
who eat or have eaten animal protein in the last 30 years eaten animal protein
(yes that’s how long it lasts in the body!) must eat whole soybeans and
fermented soy products such as miso, natto and shoyu often. The soy products
such as soy nuggets/soy milk/soy margarine/soy meats – are not the kind of soy
that melt animal protein as well and in fact these latter group of soy products
may actually for certain body types increase hormonal imbalances. However,
miso, natto, shoyu and tamari are traditionally made and healthy for the body
in many ways.
Now there were others boys and girls that went thru
this – this is the shortened collective intuitive learning from such
experiences:
if the body is weak/ has depleted digestion/ de-shaped
intestines/ osteoporosis/ excessive cravings for sweet foods or food in general/
weak root chakra/ adrenal fatigue/ tendency to abdominal bloating/ tendency to
depression – then there are chances that person may not be as gross as Sangeeta
in the above made hypothetical example but perhaps silly or “loose” in the
brain/thoughts and memory (which is also ill prana/ill life force energy) or they may be “too sleepy” to respond
in the astral state – and hence suffer for other kind of humiliating reasons by
such tantric forces. A few pointers – general (with exceptions of many kinds) and
not scientific are:
a) The
more rooted in material things a person is - such as an over-orientation
towards physical beauty or a heavy body & muscle tone – the more toxins at
the brain/thought level. That is why most spiritual sciences promote simple
living and detachment to excessive “material”. Moderate not excessive
indulgence is advisable.
b) The
more simple sugar (even too too much fruit can do this for certain body types)
and flour products in the body – the lower is the general memory (remember the
old saying about eating sugar weakens the memory?) and hence they need a
metabolic and circulatory improvement.
c) The
more chemicals and preservatives (such as from the packeted chips, sodas,
market bought bakery items and canned foods) – the more numb will be the
nervous system and some of the preservatives in such foods can even induce more
desire for these foods or an excessive “craving” towards food in general.
d) The
more weak the body and bones – shows a less stable physical body/root chakra
and a lessened ability to meditate deeply for long hours. A high alkaline diet,
high mineral intake and a “least stress” environment yet a physically active
environment/lifestyle is advised.
e) Prone
to depression: Transition to healthier lifestyle choices should be slow and
steady. Nurturing secure and deep meaning relationships, often even nurturing
relations beyond “self – orientation” such as a cause or a true Guru along with
a high activity level is advised.
